my art was duke Elliongton in the 1920's he was a person who made during that time period. What inspired me was I like the way duke was and his tory. I wanted to do him because he was playing ragtime professionally at 17. My art connected to historical time period because it showed how it was back than in 20's . I hope people learned that I like duke during the 1920's and the way his music spoke to the people. I hope people learn about this history is that there was a huge dramatic social economy and political change for the first time. We should care about the 1920's growth in music a massive growth the first electrical recording the mass explosion of jazz music. It helped connect to with American history because it told us how music rose in the 1920's especially jazz music. It helps me care about people in our community because it helps me understand how important music was in the 20's to the people.
